Update Cho Tet-Lunar New Year Festival-Feb 3rd at Falls Church High School

Khoa already posted our ideas for the New Year Event. Thanks to Khoa to initiate it. Please contact Khoa if you'd like to help us with cooking, preparing, shopping.

Thanks Jay for the suggestions. We definitely need to be more careful this time. Therefore, we came up with a game, similar to raffle and prizes. Please contact Vu Nguyen for more details.

Dave: T-shirt and banh Chung (Vietnamese New Year Cake)

Bao: his medical mission :))

I will be responsible for ordering, pricing and overall task.

Well, basically, we are sincerely asking for your help. AAS Professionals and Students. We know that you can help us in so many ways include:
1) Buy AAS banh Chung (New Year Cake) - please ask your relatives and friends to support and buy AAS banh Chung. We are selling banh Chung with regular price in the market.

2) Transportation: It'll be lovely to have some extra drivers

3) Donation Box: Please make a nice-looking one. Also, this person can be in charge of decoration.

4) Outreach: We are hoping to have at least 15 students and 3 profs at the event. REMEMBER, we also help the HEALTH FAIR. Please contact Dave for more info. Ask your peers in school and out of AAS would be a PLUS!!!

5) Picking up T-shirt: Since I'm not very familiar with MD area, if someone would like to help me with T-shirt pick-up, that'll be great!

6) Preparation: include Cooking, set-up, etc.

MOST IMPORTANT THING:
Even though this project is a small one, I'd like to have as much involvement from AAS people as possible. Please remember, this project is not Khoa's, Vu's or my project, we are just volunteers like you all. We need your SUPPORT!!!

Thanks,
Minh-Ha
